The Management Team



Linda Robinson assumed the role of President for Pacific Wines and Spirits in 2005. Linda is responsible for the Canadian sales teams and their markets, while maintaining key accounts in Alberta. Linda’s experience includes 15 years with Pacific Wines and Spirits, 16 years in the Alberta retail and wholesale wine, beer & spirit market as well as extensive management training with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. Linda holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph. Linda became a minority shareholder of Pacific Wine & Spirits in 2009.

W.A. (Bill) BOWLEN

Chief Executive Officer / Owner

Bill Bowlen has over 36 years of domestic and international business experience. A visionary leader in the energy sector, he is the majority owner of Pacific Wines and Spirits, Bill oversees the financial functions and strategic direction of Pacific Wine & Spirits.


Chief Financial Officer

John has joined our team in July 2004. John brings over 18 years of finance and accounting experience to the team. His experience coupled with a strategic and pragmatic approach provides the abilities to fulfil and enhance the accounting and finance requirements of the company. John is an alumni of both the University of Alberta and the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.


Brand Manager, Fladgate Partnership

Cynthia joined our team in April 2008 and is responsible for on premise business development for British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Cynthia brings over 21 years of experience in selling, marketing and managing brands within both the government monopolies and privatized markets of the beverage alcohol industry. Her professional reputation, product knowledge and serious passion for wine is a great asset to our team. Cindy is now responsible for the brands of The Fladgate Partnership of Taylor's, Fonseca & Croft Ports.


Alberta Sales Manager

Paulette returned to Pacific Wine & Spirits in January 2007 and is thrilled to work with the dynamic, powerhouse Alberta sales team. Paulette has over 20 years experience in direct sales and marketing. She has been involved in the wine industry for over 11 years, seven of which she spent with Pacific Wine & Spirits. Paulette plans to focus on the development and maintenance of key accounts as well as independent wine stores. She is a focused and energetic individual who is passionate about wine!


British Columbia Sales Manager

Craig joined Pacific Wine & Spirits Spring 2010 after a storied tenure with Canada's largest wine magazine, Wine Access. As BC Sales Manager he directs sales and marketing efforts and a dynamic BC sales team. His advanced WSET certification accompanies a PR certificate from the Univerity of Toronto and an under-graduate degree from the University of Victoria.


Vice President of Sales

Michelle Sharpe joined the company early 2011 bringing 14 years industry experience selling major global brands along with fine specialty products from all over the world. Michelle brings a passion for all things related to the sales, promotion, education and enjoyment of beverage alcohol industry as she honed her early skills with 14 years on the hospitality side of the business. A graduate of UBC, Michelle brings an analytical approach to the role in identifying unique and exceptional market opportunities. Through strategic planning Michelle will work alongside Linda Robinson to build market leadership for all our brands.

Corporate Controller

Mr. Mario Dolanjski joined our company in June 2014 and has over 12 years accounting experience. Mario looks forward to learning and contributing to the Pacific Wine Team.


Executive Assistant and Office Manager

Veronica joined the company in September 2011 and is thrilled to be part of this dynamic group. Veronica is a strong team player with over 20 years office administration experience in both the public and private sectors. Veronica provides direct support to the CEO and Alberta Sales Manager with assistance to the entire AB team as well. She is bilingual in written and spoken Spanish.


British Columbia Marketing Coordinator

Colleen joined the Pacific Wine and Spirits team in October 2013 and is very excited to be part of the team. She brings over 20 years of marketing experience including 10 years with the New Zealand Consulate General and Trade Commission representing food and wine exports in Canada. During that time, she gained valuable experience in the wine sector working with suppliers, media, festivals, liquor boards and organizing consumer and trade tastings. Colleen has her Level 2 WSET to complement her diploma in Marketing from BCIT.


Executive Assistant

Lynn joins us with 15 years' experience as the Trade Correspondent for Alberta for the Consulate of France. Lynn is fluently bilingual in written and spoken French. She is wine knowledgeable, familiar with all of our producers and understands the dynamic of the wholesale wine & spirits industry and the role of the Liquor Boards in Canada.


Alberta Purchasing Manager

Lori Danyluk, a graduate of the University of Alberta Business Education program, has 5 years international administrative experience from the American College of Switzerland. Lori has 15 years of experience, through her employment with the former Pacific Wine & Spirits. and through the relations with the various Canadian Liquor Boards. She is responsible for co-ordinating and processing Alberta purchasing requirements.


British Columbia Purchasing Manager

Darren Siddorn after spending 2 years in the Pacific Wine & Spirits Toronto office working closely with the LCBO, suppliers and customers, relocated to Edmonton in January 2010. Darren is responsible for providing support to the Alberta and British Columbia sales teams as well as the Alberta Purchasing Manager and Corporate Controller. Darren brings with him over 15 years of office and received his certification in Business Administration.
